As you've noticed, i've changed my blog's song... again. I know, i change too often but then i get bored of something easily. So i have to change something of my blog b4 i dun even wanna take a look at it. I seriously am i thinking of replacing the blogskin soon.. right.. again.
where have i stopped? oh ya. this song is my all-time favourite song. ^^ Of all songs i sang at Kbox, this song is the one whereby i can sing whole-heartedly. why? i dunno.
Anyway, lots of things happened at home.
I'm so worried of my brother. I really hope that he is going to be alright. For a younger sister, i sure am worried for him. No, dun be mistaken. he did not kill someone or anything. nothing of that sort. my brother is such a gentleman, how could he have done anythin ruthless? erm.. that's not the point. the point is, i am worried. Never mind the details. I hope that I can do something to cheer him up but i do not know how to. aw man.. i'm not good in cheering someone up. I only can make funny faces which ain't really very funny at all at the second look. erm.. why am i such a failure as a sister. -.-" But still... ^^ i would hope for the best for my brother. I love him. As a sister. Dun add any other conclusions of your own. tsk tsk.
You know, I've not regretted having my dad as my role model for PP. In fact, he really is. I'm so proud of him.
I'm proud of my mother too. Not every mom is a taichi instructor + someone who is close to meditating in the cave + knows how to play the er hu + sociable.
Oh yes, regarding my work. grrr... at the thought of it, i have to clench my teeth before i bite my tongue out of frustration.
As you can see, it is raining recently. So was yesterday when i went to work. I thought that work is going to be easy because the terrance area, roof, garden and trellis area would be close so that left with the bar. Ha! wishful thinking.
1. i got one of the lady scolded due to the misinterpretation of blah blah. (i shall not name any names here just in case you-know-who tells you-know-who tells you-know-who. Basically, rumors. it's terrible what rumors can do.) Okay, the point is.. EVERY waitress and waiter are in the bar due to the rain. So there were like.. i dunno.. 10 plus of us? Or.. 20? Okay, so, everyone else were trying to do something though there were really nothing to do. So, blah blah was in charge of me. what the hell. I could have save the trouble and just went home. Okay, so, this blah blah asked me to stand at the reception.
Her instruction were exactly like this: "you go stand at the reception. if there are anyone coming in, tell anyone of us here." Something like that. Cos her voice were drowned off by the loud music plus, she speaks like she has oral problems that i couldn't really make out what she was saying at the end of the sentence. But the main thing was, "tell us if there are anyone coming in from the reception." so, i went to stand there and i did inform her when there are customers coming in.
So, after that, i had break time for 5 minutes. One of the lady with two other guys were sitting outside the toilet. the lady suddenly spoke, "you very cute leh. i asked you to be back up for me and you stand there like a statue." i replied, "huh? blah blah told me to stand at the reception and tell her if there are anyone coming in, that's all." She kept quiet. I just walked off and rolled my eyes. The last thing i heard was from the guys, "eh, who scold u?" The lady replied, "Who else would there to scold me! Of course it's that blah blah blah" (i dunno who tt blah blah blah is but i bet it's the man wif specs.)
I got very frustrated. I was guilty that i got her scolded but angry that blah blah didn't instruct my properly. She did not ask me to be a back-up or anything. She just ask me to stand at the reception. that's all. hello. it's just my second day. am i suppose to know everything?! Seriously, i felt like slapping her head off her body.
2. we weren't suppose to take orders because we were still new. one of the senior took the order and did not tell us what the customer order. he did not even set up the table. When the order came, that blah blah went questioning us like we were some criminal, "Why never set up the table?!" I tell u... i felt like... grrr... never mind. i'm forcing myself not to speak out any vulgarities of any kind., @#$%^&*@#$%@#$%^&
3. there were like 20 waiter/waitress in the bar. The bar is so small. How can they expect everyone has SOMETHING to do? One of the person who is not even the incharge and who acts like he is came telling me, "Can you make yourself useful?" Before he can finish his sentence, i cut him off wif.. "ya la ya la" i got SO IRRITATED. I got so awfully irritated that i felt like... !@#$%^&!@#$%^&* GRRRR!!! some of the waitress are so awfully funny that i felt like rolling on the floor and laugh at their face! One of them kept asking the customers where if she can clean their plates. Another one keep using tissue to wipe the table. Another one kept kpo snatching stuffs to do. Another one pace here and there like so guard and smiling. !@#$%^&*So why am i the only one who got reprimanded?! So many ppl were just standing there and i was reprimanded. is it just pure luck or is it just my face?! I think it's because i was the only CHINESE waitress in the bar so everyone is picking on me. stupid racists.
4. I was going to give the menus to the customers when they are sitted. This waiter kept SNATCHING it from me and say, "I give i give!" SNATCHED! The other time, i was going to serve the customer, he was going to snatch again but i said, "no, i serve." Because by that time, i was fuming and i think i was going to explode at them soon.
5. While i was standing there, another incharge asked me and another waitress to go over. He said, "Both of you face the customers and smile. Dun look else where. And, (directing at me) i know your piggy keychain is very cute, but keep it inside." HELLO! i didn't notice can! Another waitress put her hp inside my apron so i have two hp in my aprons so, there isn't space! and i really didn't notice the keychain hanging out. They keep asking us to smile. Pretty soon, i am going to call the woodbridge hospital to send them to the hospital for smiling at themselves. Are there any customers in front of us to smile? Imagine, you are eating and the waitress kept smiling at u. The woman would think you are either lesbian or you are seducing her bf/husband. Seriously, these ppl... !@#$%^&*!@#$%^&
See, so many things happened. at that point of time, i really felt like quitting. seriously. But when the thought of that i do not have much pocket money, i stood there and put on a fake smile on my face.
Okay, sorry.. i know.. i'm complaining too much. but..
grr..

Xiaohsin is always lucky. He always get the good in-charged. His incharge would ask him to do that and that. Not like ours. ha! He went off to another corner to dunno do what. And that blah blah, she seems to be like competing for jobs to do. She never asked us to do anything but clean tables! I felt like asking her to lick the tables herself.
I felt like i am not cut out for any jobs. why do i always have such problems whenever i work?!
FYP isn't of much luck either. The supervisor is missing. He went overseas. He promised he'd check his mails but he did not reply my emails! Now i am stuck!!! HOW!!!
Looking out at the pouring rain, i just feel like it is the end of the world.
Looking at 2007 forecast of rabbit, i felt like tearing up the book. (in the popular). what a laugh. "Your luck would make a turn to be better. Better job opportunities." what the shit. I bet they meant the zoo's rabbits.
