Oblivious to surrounding tears and fears
Sacred stones and rusty cards
Emerge from chest 10 pence worth
Children dance, people sing
Ignore the cries "Come help me"
Dance as they may to welcome life
The source of love and dying pain
Skies bathed in red, ocean in black
as lightning creep into the lonesome night
Come as you might, come to my sight
Walk into the blazing light
For I will drain life of endless hatred
And bestow love that you search
